Cole's has been at the same location since 1908. Must be a good place since most restaurants close before being in businees for only a year. The area around Cole's has improved for the better. There's even a Starbucks nearby. The city has done a really superb job with the area's redevelopment. A lot of USC students rent the area's loft apartments. Cole's is busy every night and closes at midnight. closed Sundays though.
